I've had to replace both of my sun visors in my 2010 Honda Civic. I just purchased yet another for the driver side, making this the third visor replacement in this car. Group 1 Auto Parts carried the visor for almost 1/3 of the price the dealer was asking. Super easy to use website, ordering was simple. Their website also offers a video to explain how to install it... I'm an expert by now. So, today, when the thing broke, I knew exactly where to go to get it. Thank you, Group 1!

I called the toll-free number for group one auto parts. The sales person asked me for the Vin number and a description of the part I needed in this case it was a driver side sunvisor. He assured me based on the Vin number it would be an exact replacement for what was originally installed on the car when it was built, that is exactly what I received , BRAVO!!
Ok. You have the parts.. the price is ok. But your order process... well not so good. I placed my order and was hoping for an option for expedited shipping. I really need the parts. Can't get them easily locally. I was hoping for possibly a two day ship or maybe an overnight. So after I place my order and stated where I want it shipped. I get an email stating "shipped". Then a few hours later I get another email that says , you can't ship my order to my house because I'm billing to a po Box, different from where I want the product sent, my address. I want it delivered to my house but because this is "my first order" with you you have to ship to the po Box, where my billing address is set up. Well you didn't say anything about that when I keyed the information into the web site. Might have been helpful. Plus, you have my phone number why didn't you just call? Some of us out here don't live on a computer and may not get your email in a timely manner . My big concern now is whether I even get the order because in your last email your link just takes me to your home page and not to an "order processing " or customer service follow up. So far disappointed. And the rating scale on this page.. is 1 great? Or is 10. Great. Do I default to 5 to be safe?
Placed order on 4/25/2019, shipped 4/26/2019. Today is 5/3/2019 and I still do not have the part. I don't know if you shipped the right part or how well it fits since I have not received it yet. FedEx Ground is a JOKE! I should have just used the other JOKE: USPS. I live in a suburb of Portland, Oregon. You would think that if Amazon would have had the part, it would have been here in TWO days. Really POOR service on the part of FedEx. I ordered a different part on Amazon on 4/29/2019 and it was delivered on 4/30/2019. That's what your competition is doing! If the part that I ordered from Group 1 was available on Amazon, I would have ordered it there.
